[haiku-development] Weird ProcessController behaviour.

I am not sure when this started, but when I try to right click PC's
Deskbar replicant, it takes around one second to pop up and uses 100%
of one of my cores. Any idea why is that happening? I may be wrong but
I do not remember this happening before.
