Hahaha, our last two emails crossed paths and more or less were
defining the same terms. Glad to see we are more or less on the same
page!

Let me just add one more comment before I get back to work: I think we
can solve the issues with the zoom button if we introduce an easy way
to maximize a window. I personally really like the "drag to top to
maximize" gesture that Microsoft introduced in Windows 7. Various
Linux window managers have copied this, and there are applications in
Mac OS X which copy it too. I think it is a great idea, and very easy
to use. The same applies to the drag to the sides to take half the
screen gesture. I think if we added that to our window decorators it
would solve a lot of complaints.
