Haiku isn't fully POSIX compliant and probably never will be. vi is certainly
one of those points where we couldn't care less about compliance. Any
software hardcoding vi as editor (instead of using EDITOR or VISUAL at least
as fallback) -- if such a thing exists -- isn't worth being ported to Haiku
anyway.
