There might have been some misunderstanding. There are two flavors of all 
libraries built from the Haiku sources on hybrid builds (check the "gcc4" 
respectively "gcc2" subdirectory of /system/lib). Your question might have been 
misinterpreted as whether there are libroots built from different sources for 
the two gccs. That isn't the case, but we eventually plan to freeze the current 
libroot sources for gcc 2 (to keep backwards binary compatibility) and start 
with a fresh C library (e.g. FreeBSD's libc or a newer glibc, or ...), for gcc 
4.
