I didn;t get this UUID from terminal that's why I use the GParted. I
have again installed haiku so the UUID changed to
c17e01df-5f1b-4563-85f2-3334fa9863d0

You shouldn't use this UUID

UUID of EFI System Partition is 5347-7729 and the file system is
fat32. As shown in the picture below:

Use this UUID instead: 5347-7729

A little more detail about the "why":

The way you boot Haiku through EFI is that you load our EFI bootloader from the 
EFI partition. As a result, Grub does not need to access the Haiku partition, 
it instead needs to find the Haiku loader in the EFI partition.

The Haiku loader will then locate the Haiku partition by its own means.

I hope someday we can ship with Haiku a bootloader for EFI that's as easy to 
use and setup as our operating system!
