I Thing 2 or 4 GB USB2 Stick are good and works. USB3 ans up, i don't Haiku
can handle this.

I would build or download an anyboot image to dd to a 4 GB USB stick, as I
did with R1A4.
No way that would try to autoinstall programs on Windows, especially when
I was in FreeBSD or NetBSD.
My question was how big the USB stick had to be (4 GB? 16 GB?) and if USB
3.0 or 3.1 would be incompatible.
