Yes there were substantial changes to the init order and legacy support 
related things. While the changes themselves should all be for the 
better it's always like fix it for some, brake it for others. What 
revision are you seeing this with? A syslog would be most helpful of 
course. Probably best if you'd open a ticket for that and attach all 
the info you can gather there.
