The loader runs, and can find bootable Haiku partitions. It's
basically at the point of needing to set up paging, probably booting
the CPUs, and attempting to actually start the kernel.

This is work I had expected our GSoC student to undertake. ATM, have
been struggling to get back into developing, so some extra hands would
be most welcome...
