[haiku-development] Trouble building hybrid (GIFLoad.cpp)

Hi,
maybe I've been away to long and forgot everything. But I can't manage to build
a hybrid. The build fails, when building GIFLoad.cpp:355:27 with array
subscript is below arry bounds (gcc4 portion of build).
Any hint what I'm doing wrong?
I cloned the repo yesterday evening.
