Just for giggles:
I have a netbook dual-booting WindowsXP and Haiku. The BIOS shows the 
actual correct time. Both Windows and Haiku always show the correct 
time.
I have a notebook dual-booting Ubuntu and Haiku. The BIOS is -2 hours 
off. Both Ubuntu and Haiku always show the correct time.

On both computers Haiku's Time prefs are set to "Local time" (with the 
correct time zone set).

I'm confused...
