Two steps needed:
1) edit src/add-ons/kernel/bus_managers/Jamfile to include the "ata"
subdir and exclude "ide" (you'll see the commented line for ata in
there)
2) You'll need to modify build/jam/HaikuImage to replace "ide" with
"ata" in the bus managers and boot module links.
