Well, that patch has since been abandoned as being incorrect, and
korli proposed a different fix which has since been merged in
hrev53876. So, upgrade to that, and please let us know if at least
that issue seems to be resolved.
As to the "media_server silence"; I think leavengood is looking into
it as time permits.
