Especially when the PackageManager is here, the borders of what's in a Haiku installation may get fuzzy. People may even get the chance to choose packages while installing Haiku. Distinguishing what's part of the base system and what's a 3rd party app may not be so easy. Maybe an About dialog isn't that useless after all...
