as Axel already said, please feel free to make any changes you deem necessary!
It's great news that you work on this. The two areas you mentioned were already
known to be problematic, but we checked in the sources as is after GSoC. Some
of it may not compile, IIRC I didn't enable every source unit in the Jamfile.
