I'm not a big fan of mouse/keyboard combinations, especially when you
are trying to hit a thin target.

Well, the new window management solves at least one problem: that
lower right corner is always there even if you push the window out to
the right.
Another idea: make it possible to resize from the lower left and upper
right corners as well as the lower right.
Another idea: keyboard shortcuts for move and size, just like Windows.
