[haiku-development] Re: ScreenShot regression

I suggest the following for the PrtScrn key:
1) Without modifier keys: Take a screenshot with zero delay and launch
the GUI. (I believe this one works right now.)
2) Shift-PrtScrn: screenshot in silent mode, all saved settings are
applied, (including delay and location to save to)
3) Alt-PrtScrn: screenshot to clipboard mode, all saved settings are
applied, GUI is not launched
