I'm a bit concerned about this "red tape" you keep referring to, as if
you're concerned about some kind of child labor laws?

To be clear, you are not working for any corporation. This is not an
internship. You are purely doing this on your own time as a personal
hobby.

I want to make sure there is no confusion about this - as Haiku, Inc.
is not in charge of the development or release process.
