Thank you for reverting.
It fixed most of the warnings but there are still 2 errors that still pop 
up.Here is the jam output: Starting build of type regular ... Skipping

I am running on Linux 64 bit.

I cannot be sure it fixes all your problems, because btrfs_shell builds fine 
for me
(I'm building under Haiku, I expect that there was problems building under 
Linux or other
systems).
