[haiku-development] Recent changes by TQH

approximately 30% of CPU. Athlon 64 3500+.

turn on. Hangs on a rocket. And then I must suspend the process\thread
ralinkwifi - ral intr handler( right alt + print screen\sysrq + d).
Then I can install or start Haiku. I tried to disable ACPI, IO-APIC,
etc.. But Haiku has hangs. For now I see only the blue desktop and
cursor - during normal boot. I cannot call alt+sysrq+d. Perhaps I need
to reinstall the Haiku. Haiku can now turn on only in safe mode.
When I tried to install Haiku with disabled ACPI. I had to suspend
more and more threads, but the system freezes.
