IIRC mmlr's system is complete and only waiting for deployment. We probably
want to setup at least a mirror of the package repo on Haiku-inc owned
servers, however (or even run the whole system there).
Once we have the package things in place, we can finally start the usual
release process. And I see no reason to call the release alpha5 by then, so
just go for beta1.
Unless you are offering to *manually* rebuild all packages and populate the
release repo. In that case, you probably won't be done with your alpha5
release until the actual beta1 with automated built packages is out (I
hope...).
