I verified the release to be R41539, and also the driver is the Intel
Extreme Graphics 2 (Q45)

My best guess is it has to do with the change in
https://dev.haiku-os.org/changeset/42104 like I mentioned before.
Maybe the new code is much better for other computers, it is not
better for the one I can use :-)

When I test R1A3 with fail-safe mode the VESA Driver (VESA) is being
used. Thouh I have to start it on 1024x768, within the
screenpreference I can set it to use 1280x1024 (which fails in
fail-safe mode).
