They are different (supplement vs replacement).
I'm more confused about these two:
"Prop #11 Layout API: all bundled applications to utilize Layout API"
"Prop #12 Locale Kit: all bundled applications to utilize Layout API"
It would be nice if the trac links were clickable, and also if more entries had
links to tickets or other sources explaining them (not all points need this,
but things like bootman, debugger, services kit, etc).
