Hi,

This is a proposal to grant Kacper Kasper (Kapix) commit access to
Haiku. Besides his known work on the Koder text editor and porting
LibreOffice, he worked on several issues around the interface kit and UI
fixes to some Haiku apps, with the first changes merged in early 2014:
http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/log/?qt=author&q=kacper

A reminder of the rules for granting commit access: people who already
have commit access can share their approval/excitement by sending +1 votes,
but they serve no purpose. If no one has objections for two weeks, commit
access is granted no matter the number of +1 votes received.

People who don't have commit access yet are not allowed to vote, but can
also share their thoughts by replying to the e-mail.

"commit access" to Haiku is more than just being able to make changes to
the git repositories. It also gives people a voting right in design
discussions, when a vote is needed.
