By "invalidate", Humdinger means that the translation system knows nothing
about capitalization and will treat any string change the same as any other
change, and thus consider the old translations invalid. So even if the
translators can just copy and paste the old string, that's still an added
hassle that we don't particularly need, so keeping the old capitalization
sounds best here.
