I explained above why it doesn't invalidate the existing translations. The
translations shouldn't be copying the capitalisation of the English
translation anyway, since title case varies between languages.

As I said, I don't see a point in changing the existing strings to
"comply" to the Unicode specs. The user seeing them doesn't care one
way or the other. Changing them now will invalidate all existing
translations.
