I have tried to restart a build but SSH to the VM seems to fail currently:

Did some routing/port forwarding get lost?
No routing issues or forwarding rules were lost. I just did a remote SSH test
and it's working (at least currently, anyways).
However... I don't know if the network interface stopped working or ran into
some problem within Haiku at some point while you were trying. You can see the
network device being used in the earlier listdev output.
That is slightly worrying. Seems Hyper-V is not a great platform to host Haiku
VMs. :(
