Good afternoon!

Gerrit has suddenly decided to stop serving our repos over http/https without 
error or warning.
Everything else "appears" to be working including git over ssh, etc.

i've pinged the Gerrit folks, but they're not sure why it started happening.

* https://review.haiku-os.org/haiku
* https://review.haiku-os.org/buildtools

Sooo.. no idea.  Still investigating.
