Here are the commits that are present in r1alpha4 :

The process is as follows :
 * Things are pushed into the trunk repository
 * Then, they are merged into the alpha branch after a review step

You can see that some NTFS commits are in there. Others may be merged
later on, to get an idea you can check this page :
