I like how Haiku generally calls apps what they are: "Mail" for mail, "MediaPlayer" for playing media, "Screenshot" to take a screenshot. Once/if app name loacalization works again, that doesn't leave some more or less obscure and culture dependend entry in the list of apps. So, "PackageManager" would be OK for me. If it has to get a bit fancier... :): "Software Depot" would also be OK for the actual application. I don't think "Haiku Depot" fits that well for the app, but maybe for the main/official repository. That also allows other Depots, like "Free Depot", "Commercial Depot", "Fred Fish PD Depot" or what have you. In general, I'd prefer "Depot" over "Repository" and "Software" over "Package".
