Right now it might not be as useful because we don't really have any
other operational platforms yet, though at the rate Francois is going
on his m68k port that looks to be changing in the near future, and
it's definitely going to be something desirable in the long term, so I
would say keep it.

That sounds like a good idea, if feasible what also might be useful is
being able to store the SVN revision in which a bug was fixed.
Thoughts?
