Machine translation is nowhere near good enough
to provide adequate translations of arbitrary text.
Especially considering that one of the desired target languages
is Hungarian, which doesn't even belong to the same language
superfamily as English, and is significantly structurally different.

OmegaT is not an automatic translation tool. It helps you to manage
untranslated segments of your source documents. Segment after
segments, It proposes a list of possibilities among which you can
choose, and modify to suit the sentense to translate ( GoogleTranslate's
suggestion is one of them)

For instance: if you need to translate "I speek english", it could
suggest "He speeks english" and "We speek english" (it says that
the proposition match 80% ). Then you can select "We speeks
english" and modify "We" by "I".
You can load a glossary (or make your own) to help you with
recurrent words (for instance : queries, replicant, threads, team...)

OmegaT : helps you to save your time, doing a manual and
human-quality translation.

NB : OmegaT uses UTF-8
