Niels has manually created an export for the user guide a few days ago.
If he could do that again today or tomorrow, I can commit it to SVN as
soon as it's available. Niels?
Exporting HTA can be a bit time consuming, but generally unproblematic.
How about we set a deadline to tomorrow, Sunday 12th, 16:00 GMT [1]?
