On the subject of templates: I was wondering, are there any style
rules in Haiku for use of 'typename' vs. 'class' in templates? The
coding guidelines don't mention anything, but I know some
people/organizations reserve 'typename' for params that can be
primitive types. Obviously that's not the case here, but are there any
preferences for which to use, and when?
