we'll have to fix that problem first (there is no disk in
the drive, so the AHCI code keeps resetting it until there is one).
Thanks for testing.. It turns out there is another layer of transceiver
registers that have to be programmed that we never have on pch-split gpus.
Not sure how intel_extreme was working as well as it was.. but this explains
why our intel_extreme always functioned poorly on pch-split devices like
Ivy Bridge :-)
