Either the motherboard or BIOS or configuration. Keep in mind I'm using PATA drive & that could even make a difference. I will do some testing and see if I can figure out what is causing this issue on Intel D945GCLF2 motherboards. I realize it was not a CPU issue but was using the term Atom330 loosely to refer ( incorrectly ) to the chipset. Thanks for pointing that out.
