Mattia, Instead of writing about porting, how about you try porting WINE and
LibreOffice?

Mattia,
i would suggest to first read some dokuments about porting... there are a lot
informations already... also reagarding haiku..
If you can read german try this
one:http://haiku-gazette.blogspot.de/2009/05/gsoc09-interview-mit-johannes-wischert.html

this one gives a great overview:https://www.haiku-os.org/tags/arm

If you want to have an overview about porting os in general (with sweb as
exapmle) you can have a look
here:https://online.tugraz.at/tug_online/voe_main2.getvolltext?pCurrPk=80479

We have a whole bunch of brilliant developers working on this since years.. it
think you could imagine on your own ... if porting would be so simple the port
would have been finished since years.
As it looks you have basic knowledge about development so why not join in some
of the projects:eg: help with porting: https://github.com/HaikuArchives/AbiWord
greetingsParadoxon :)
