after removing this one and only TRACE the system boots and works fine!?

Without a stack trace this is really guesswork: dprintf() itself doesn't
acquire a spinlock, so that's either in dprintf_args() (a private spinlock)
yes thats right. I think you can reproduce the crash by enable tracing in arch_int.cpp. I can't find out why it crashed but maybe you have more luck..
