Answering myself, I found the path setting was wrong in (gcc4) BuildConfig.
I thought I remembered that it was only necessary to do a configure the
*first* time, but I guess not. Not sure where things got out of sync,
either, because I built a hybrid before. Anyway, I think it's fixed now.
