Could you share your virtualbox config?  After configuring the vdisk I
received an "out of memory" error while installing the packages.  Rebooted
and the installation then completed but I now get an INT18 halt on boot.
I'm using the 64 bit ISO if that makes a difference.

 - The boot fail on all of my physical hosts:
    - Asus N73s laptop : boot to the menu, I can select options such as
safe mode, screen etc ... and when I select continue booting, I got only a
black screen. This is not an easy graphic card to use : a intel/nvidia
combo known as "optimus", have somebody already try Haiku on this kind of
hosts ?
    - Acer aspire switch sw5 notebook : this host is an hell even if for
linux, I'm not so suprised : the anyboot image writed on usb key is not
recognized. The EFI of this host is only ACER compliant itselt (32 bits EFI
on 64 bit architecture, thanks ACER).
