It's not that hard actually, on Linux they are doomed to go through the
X11 crap (well not that crap, it was just not designed for this).
Things like OOo runs better on Windows than Linux.
Same for XEmacs, it feels just almost "native" in win32 and BeOS, not
as much in Linux.
