-1 we will not close BeFan, we invest and expand in stages with a focus of 
HAIKU OS, this will not to mean, we take off or apply Haiku.Inc. 
We have no problems with Haiku.Inc, i hope you misunderstand this.

But in futures it is better we have a good working arrangement.
e.V <-> Inc ? 
e.V + Inc ?
Inc <-> e.V ?
Inc + e.V ?
e.V ?
Inc ? 

But the e.V can create a sister base like a foundations, also e.V can 
support haiku.inc. The options are      multifaceted. And all this needs man 
power and expert knowledge (developers, lawyers, marketing, visionary, 
user, etc..)

So now let's get started the working :-)
