Doesn't Haiku's mail daemon support IMAP with SSL?
Granted, you need to manually extract the openssl OptionalPackage to
HAIKU_OUTPUT_DIR/cross-ssl
note: HAIKU_OUTPUT_DIR is typically haiku/generated
