I don't see the connection here. Especially considering Native Client is x86 only so it is t relevant to arm at all. Note that there is no other option thna to only work in a specific architeture because the reason it was developed is to allow full use of computing power on th histing platform. There is no translation going on in the code at all except for the sandbox model enforcing. The Native Client binaries are x86 binaries.

Ps: Of course you can create a VM to run the code on other platforms (François suggested using QEMU), but then the performance will suffer.
