Hi there,
Next week I will be submitting our application to GSoC. It is time to
refresh our GSoC ideas list, which is about to be published on the
website at https://www.haiku-os.org/community/gsoc/2019/ideas
Please help improving the ideas list:
- Adding yourself as "possible mentor" on ideas you can help mentoring,
- Adding more ideas
- Discussing existing ideas (maybe some should be removed)
For Outreachy, the ideas list is on their website and not public, it
is available only to students who passed the first selection round.
Note that Outreachy allows non-coding ideas as well (UI/UX design,
etc), it would be nice to have some of these available too. They may
also help us finding a mentor to help with these.
