These items can't be made part of a GSoC proposal. GSoC is only about
code. This will not block you from working on them, but that would be
separate from the actual GSoC part.
Otherwise, it seems like a good project idea, but we'll need more details
in your application. Don't forget to add it to the melange webapp and make
it more complete. What is your plan for stabilizing the ABI ? Some details
about how to make the api archivable ?
