autoconf complains of no input file, libtoolize does not know --fci, and
aclocal does not find configure.ac

This was in the mmadia repository.  I looked for those files in the other
repo mentioned and did not find them in HEAD.
It must be considered bad practice to remove your autoconf sources after
they've done their job.  I don't know if you can just 'touch' the file and
move on, but I would guess the answer is not.
