[haiku-development] GCC 7.3.0 toolchain for R1?

Good evening!

Any chance of a bump to GCC 7.3.0 before R1?
My thought process here is let's get the non-legacy GCC as new as possible 
before we're stuck with it for a while. 
Jérôme, you're the expert on toolchain bumps... I've seen some gcc 7 checks 
already in the code, how involved is it?
