Boot uefi CD this make no sense, all new uefi board can boot from usb
stick, hdd ssd etc.
And it nice when we have uefi (no efi) nigthly build image for x86_64 gcc?(5).

It's committed, but there's no build automation for an anyboot image
with the UEFI loader at this point. It's a little bit tricky to set up
the Jamfiles and such... Alex's image Ralf linked to should work fine.
Great. I will try it. If it really works and I want to build a newer image
with efi enabled, do I have to do anything specific?

Also, if you want to enter the boot menu with the UEFI loader, it's
spacebar, not the shift key, FYI :)
