Looks like you have created the folder "New folder" in the "home"
devices hierarchy. System attempted to handle it and fails. The next
lines in the log:

The system was restarted. No attempt to open the "/dev/net/dec21143/0"
device was performed. Please register this issue on the Trac, clean the
syslog, remove the "New folder" from the home devices hierarchy and try
to boot the system again. Thank you.
I still have two syslogs one after install the next after starting
Network preferences and HAIKU cleaning up the application.
Please avoid sending attachment into this e-mail list, because they are
spreaded for every subscriber not only for me.
