[haiku-development] Commit access for Murai Takashi aka mt

Murai Takashi aka mt has posted a number of patches fixing bugs that were
diagnosed by the clang static analyzer. His patches are small but high
quality and fix real problems. Assuming that he will continue this work it
seems easier to grant him commit access rather than having to review his
patches individually.
